Nampak je sejuk menggeletar tetek, tapi tak sejuk pun. 

Cold air on the atmosphere  + hot air on the surface = fog.

I live in the South. So kat sini tak de la sejuk bedi mcm kat up north sana. 

We hardly get snow here. Kalau snow pun, mesti cair in a few hours sebab nipis sgt lapisannya. 

Nah, gambar rumah idaman.

Haha. Masa ni saja dok round round kawasan.

Kat sini rumah semua sebijik sebijik.

Tapi land area tak besar sgt la. Ni mcm rumah upper middle class. Bukan wealthy people pon.

Kalau kitaorg dah ada anak 4, baru la fikir nak pindah duduk rumah mcm ni kot.

Chewah, masa tu maybe budget kewangan dah stabil la kot. Hahah

I dunno if I've said this before, but Don adalah sungguh rapat dgn kakak iparnya.
Rapat is not really the best word to describe, tapi mcm ala ala best friend forever gituu.

Kadang kadang gaduh sampai tak bercakap
Tapi lepas tu baik baik semula.

Sumpah mcm BFF.

Anyway, since they work together in the family business, so dia selalulah call/msg Don.
Sometimes about work, sometimes dia just nak bitching/mengadu to him.

I mean I don't have a problem about it, sebab I trust him. I also trust her.

Tapi paling tak boleh blah, orang orang kat sini ada lah jugak syak wasangka, cakap cakap belakang about them.

(Ingat Melayu je ke yg cakap belakang? haha noooo, omputeh pun sama je perangai syaitooooonnirroojim)

So anyway, SIL ni baru lahirkan anak, and since we all know about what ppl bisik bisik belakang tabir, Don selalulah buat joke yg mcm haroom,

I'd laugh at his dumb jokes, tapi mata mcm dah berkaca-kaca.

Since we don't hide anything in our relationship, and since we both agreed that if you have to say something, just say it, tak de hints hints, so I told him that I'm uncomfortable of him saying that.

Oleh disebabkan dia respect his psycho wife's request, dia pun stop.

Post tak de faedah untuk hari ini:

Specifically, makan cikedis from our xmas stockings.

Makan junk food/makanan tak berkhasiat (chewah) is one of my old bad habits that I've finally managed to control.

So time time holidays ni mmg memerlukan self-control yg amat kuat.

I only eat chocolates once every 2 (or 3) month. Kalau makan pun, kena control brapa byk makan. Max can eat is 1 bar of kitkat (or half a bar of mars/snickers/etc)

I don't eat ice creams anymore. Which is a miracle for me sebab tak kempunan, cause I really LOVE ice creams. Dulu, kalau stop gas station, mesti beli eskrem.

I don't eat keropok, chips and semua yg seangkatan.
I mean, mmg dari dulu I hardly eat them pun, sebab I don't like the messiness kat tangan. Hahahah.
Dasar pemalas nak basuh tangan afterwards.

Rice is only consumed every other day. Ni fully depends on kerajinan nak masak nasik. hahaha
Kalau Don nak nasik goreng, baru tu ler tanak nasik.

Jaga portions. I usually skip breakfast, sebab mak walrus ni bangun tengah hari. Hahahah
So bila lunch, usually makan sandwiches or left overs. And since tak makan breakfast, portion is small. Depa kat sini are not big on lunches. Selalunya diorg makan salad or buah je.
Kalau aku makan salad or buah je, mesti mati menggelupur.

Over here, we eat a lot of beans. So for dinner, beans ganti rice (with the exception of black beans and rice). Or if there are no beans, we use potatoes.

Oh potatoes.
This one I kenot escape.
Dah boleh idup tanpa nasik, potatoes pulakkkkk yg ganti tempat nasikk

Almost every dish ada potatoes.
Usually baked potatoes.
I don't put butter on mine and I usually cut the whole potato in 2. Sebab tak boleh habis.

I used to eat cheese everyday since I got here. Tapi lately, dah pandai tolak tepi. hehehehe
Don ni jahat, bila dia make me a plate, dia siap paksa makan a slice of cheese, sebab makanan tak sedap tanpa cheese katanya.

Tapi lepas tu, dia la yg membebel paksa aku exercise.

Speaking of exercise, I'd make an effort to jog/walk an hour daily. Nasib baik theyolls ada treadmills, idok je aku menggigil kesejukkan di luar ituuww

1 hour of jogging = I'd burn about 320cal

Tapi kadang kadang tu, saja je buat buat lupa nak exercise.

hjahahahahahaha

Sumpah perangai mcm setan.

Tapi lepaas tu rasa guilty, then mula la rasa gendut (walaupun mmg dah gendut).

Then I'd make an effort to jog 2 hours on the next day.



Fuh.

I know these are not much, I mean I know I should have been doing more (eg: exercise more, perhaps more than just jogging), but I'm slowly making progress.

Walaupun muka masih serupa ikan buntal, tapi seluar seluar yg sedia ada sekarang ni dah tak muat uols.
Mak kena beli baru.

Wardrobe overall katanya.

Speaking of Xmas, tahun ni aku first time nak celebrate Xmas. So agak bersungguh sungguh lah MIL beli xmas tree yg real (before this diorg beli plastik je, senang nak kemas katanya)

Since this will be my first time, aku pun beriya iya la tanya Don what should we get for the siblings and nieces and nephews and all that.

Sekali nak tau apa dia cakap?

Tapi dia tak de la sampai extreme nak halang. So at the end dia cakap

Dia cakap lagi, xmas nowadays dah jadi mcm a holiday celebration je. Most people don't associate religion with the celebration.

MIL pulak asyik la tanya, kat Malaysia tak celebrate xmas ke, etc etc.

I told her la, yes we do, it's just my family doesn't.

Lagi la dia excited nak beli itu ini, stocking stuffers lah, hadiah la, etc.

Oh btw, I have my own stocking now! Hahahaha

Selalunya the grandmas yg jahit nama, but since both of his grandmas aren't around anymoreeeeee.....

I love the fact that it's not super colorful and all!
Aku ni boring orangnya, I like my tree to be classy. Hahahahah

What's so special about this is that, all of the ornaments belong to Don's grandparents. So mmg design lama lama weh!

And of course, the star of the show (on top of the tree) is this little guy.
Don made it when he was a kid!

I remember this so well sebab everytime during xmas, his mom will upload their xmas tree and will talk about this lil dude here.

I think sejak Don made this angel dude, diorg guna utk the star of the tree.
