Post tak de faedah untuk hari ini:
Pigging out.
Specifically, makan cikedis from our xmas stockings.
Makan junk food/makanan tak berkhasiat (chewah) is one of my old bad habits that I've finally managed to control.
So time time holidays ni mmg memerlukan self-control yg amat kuat.

I only eat chocolates once every 2 (or 3) month. Kalau makan pun, kena control brapa byk makan. Max can eat is 1 bar of kitkat (or half a bar of mars/snickers/etc)
I don't eat ice creams anymore. Which is a miracle for me sebab tak kempunan, cause I really LOVE ice creams. Dulu, kalau stop gas station, mesti beli eskrem.
I don't eat keropok, chips and semua yg seangkatan.
I mean, mmg dari dulu I hardly eat them pun, sebab I don't like the messiness kat tangan. Hahahah.
Dasar pemalas nak basuh tangan afterwards.
Rice is only consumed every other day. Ni fully depends on kerajinan nak masak nasik. hahaha
Kalau Don nak nasik goreng, baru tu ler tanak nasik.
Jaga portions. I usually skip breakfast, sebab mak walrus ni bangun tengah hari. Hahahah
So bila lunch, usually makan sandwiches or left overs. And since tak makan breakfast, portion is small. Depa kat sini are not big on lunches. Selalunya diorg makan salad or buah je.
Kalau aku makan salad or buah je, mesti mati menggelupur.
Over here, we eat a lot of beans. So for dinner, beans ganti rice (with the exception of black beans and rice). Or if there are no beans, we use potatoes.
Oh potatoes.
This one I kenot escape.
Dah boleh idup tanpa nasik, potatoes pulakkkkk yg ganti tempat nasikk
Almost every dish ada potatoes.
Usually baked potatoes.
I don't put butter on mine and I usually cut the whole potato in 2. Sebab tak boleh habis.
I used to eat cheese everyday since I got here. Tapi lately, dah pandai tolak tepi. hehehehe
Don ni jahat, bila dia make me a plate, dia siap paksa makan a slice of cheese, sebab makanan tak sedap tanpa cheese katanya.
Tapi lepas tu, dia la yg membebel paksa aku exercise.
Speaking of exercise, I'd make an effort to jog/walk an hour daily. Nasib baik theyolls ada treadmills, idok je aku menggigil kesejukkan di luar ituuww
1 hour of jogging = I'd burn about 320cal
Tapi kadang kadang tu, saja je buat buat lupa nak exercise.
hjahahahahahaha
Sumpah perangai mcm setan.
Tapi lepaas tu rasa guilty, then mula la rasa gendut (walaupun mmg dah gendut).
Then I'd make an effort to jog 2 hours on the next day.
Fuh.
I know these are not much, I mean I know I should have been doing more (eg: exercise more, perhaps more than just jogging), but I'm slowly making progress.
Walaupun muka masih serupa ikan buntal, tapi seluar seluar yg sedia ada sekarang ni dah tak muat uols.
Mak kena beli baru.
Wardrobe overall katanya.

DeleteYes...atkins diet is better...sbb byk dah diet sy try smua drop....tak boleh...last 2 month sy try atkins diet....and its work..do u all believe I lost 20kg for 2 month....how suprise....and 1more thing...never giveup....

ReplyDeleteGood job! Mine seluar semua tak muat sejak balik from Malaysia. One of the seluar terkoyak while I tried to sit once. Huwaaa…. Lepas ni kena join the bandwagon menjaga makanan starting January first. Hehehehe. Kena puasa dessert sampai hari jadi (end of February).
